Touché will support Customer Service Rep (CSR)
functionality to include issue tracking and
management, email communications, etc.
The first release on 9-20-2010
is focused on the core customer functionality,
data mining and business intelligence so you
have the ability to create segments and lists
for marketing/broadcast email purposes.
The second release slated for
end of November will be the CSR release.
