With the CSR release, Touché
will support Auto Responders. Not all
inquires require human intervention. Some
inquiries can be handled in a an automated
fashion.
For example: a customer
submits an inquiry asking for a tracking number
for their order. With the order number, we
can automatically lookup the tracking number and
merge it with an email template and send it back
to the customer without anyone ever having to
take a look at it.
Touché will keep a
record of all inbound and outbound inquiries.
